Reporting an issue
Email hello@luxurytownhomes.ca with the page URL, the specific claim or field, and the source you believe is more accurate. Please allow one business day for a response.
Listing data (CREA DDF®)
Individual listing content (price, remarks, photos, status, listing agent, brokerage) originates with the listing REALTOR® and CREA. Field-level changes must be made at the source; once updated in the DDF feed, they propagate here on the next refresh. We do not manually override DDF fields.
Aggregate market statistics (CREB®)
Where a CREB® quarterly figure is later revised, we update the affected market page and the Townhome Intelligence Brief and note the revision date. Historical wording is not silently altered.
Team-reported vs. third-party claims
Team metrics (clients served, career volume) are corrected on receipt of updated internal figures. Third-party profile counts (REW, RankMyAgent, Google) are corrected by refreshing from the source with the access date updated in visible copy.
Removal of inactive listings
When a listing is withdrawn, sold, or expired, the detail page is switched to a non-indexable “no longer on market” state and the URL is removed from our sitemap. On request we submit removals via IndexNow to participating search engines.
