LuxuryTownhomes.ca is authored and operated by Dusko Sremac, REALTOR® — Real Estate Partners YYC at Real Broker, a licensed Alberta brokerage. Editorial market pages and guides are produced by the Real Estate Partners YYC team based on active REALTOR® practice in Calgary and area.

Sourcing

• Live listing inventory is sourced from the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) via the REALTOR.ca DDF® National Shared Pool, filtered to Calgary-area luxury townhomes and rowhouses.
• Aggregate market statistics reference the Calgary Real Estate Board (CREB®) monthly and quarterly reports and are attributed as such.
• Third-party claims regarding awards, reviews, and rankings link to the underlying public profile with the access date noted.

Update cadence

Listing data refreshes on a rolling basis from the DDF gateway. Editorial market pages and guides are reviewed at least quarterly; the Townhome Intelligence Brief is refreshed as new CREB® data is published.

Team-reported vs. third-party claims

Team results (e.g., cumulative clients served, career sales volume) are reported by Real Estate Partners YYC and labelled accordingly. Third-party counts (e.g., REW awards and recommendations, RankMyAgent ratings) are drawn from those public profiles and may change without notice.

Independence & brokerage attribution

Every listing continues to display the responsible listing agent and brokerage as provided by the DDF feed. Nothing on this site alters or supersedes an existing agency relationship with another REALTOR®. See our full disclaimer.
